TOASTED BREAD SPRINKLED WITH OREGANO (Makes 1 large tray)
Ingredients:
1) 1 loaf of baguette
2) 1/2 cup of vegetable cooking oil
3) 1/2 cup of dried oregano
Steps:
1) Slice the leftover bread into evenly-thick slices
2) Arrange the slices in a baking tray
3) Drizzle oil evenly over the bread slices
4) Sprinkle dried oregano over the slices
5) Toast the bread slices in oven at 200 deg cel for around 10 – 15 minutes or until they turn golden brown and crispy
6) Serve warm as an appetizer or side dish
