Cashew Chicken

Ingredients

Ingredients: – Gluten-free tamari  – Balsamic vinegar – Water – Vegetable oil – Brown sugar – Cornstarch – Minced garlic – Garlic powder – Chicken thighs – Onion – Green bell pepper – Cashews – Cooked rice – Rice vinegar

Step 1:  Prepare Marinade

Step 2:  Marinate chicken

Step 3:  Sauté veggies and chicken

Step 4:  Add remaining sauce

Step 5:  Serve with rice and enjoy!
