Corn Casserole


Ingredients: – Flour – Xanthan gum  – Cornmeal – Sugar – Baking powder – Salt – Sour cream – Butter – Eggs – Corn kernels

Step 1:  Whisk dry ingredients

Step 2:  Combine wet ingredients

Step 3:  Combine wet and dry ingredients and fold in corn to get batter

Step 4:  Transfer batter to casserole dish

Step 5:  Bake until ready

Step 6:  Cool slightly before slicing and serving

Step 7:  Serve and enjoy!
