Easy Spinach Quiche

Crustless Spinach Quiche INGREDIENTS

Ingredients: - Vegetable oil - Onions - Spinach - Salt - Eggs - Almond Milk - Red Pepper Flakes

Step 1: Preheat oven. Heat oil in a 12-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat. Sauté the diced onions until translucent.

Step 2: Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and sauté  until wilted. Add salt, mix well. If using frozen spinach, skip this step.

Step 3: Whisk the beaten eggs and milk together until combined. Add the  spinach and onion mixture. Mix well.

Step 4: Pour the quiche mixture into the same skillet as before. 

Step 5: Bake on the middle rack of the oven until firm. 

Step 6: Let cool before serving. Garnish with a sprinkle of red chili flakes for some added heat.
