Gluten-Free Dinner Rolls


 Step 1: Whisk the gluten-free all-purpose flour, xanthan gum, salt, baking powder, sugar and instant dry yeast.

 Step 2: Add the warm water, beaten egg, apple cider vinegar, melted coconut oil, and mix very well.

 Step 3: Use ice cream scoop to scoop dough into even balls and place them on greased baking dish

 Step 4: Smooth tops of dough balls with wet fingertips and let rise in warm place until roughly doubled in size.

 Step 5: Brush the tops of the risen dough balls with egg wash

 Step 6: Bake until tops of gluten-free dinner rolls are golden brown.
