INGREDIENTS FOR HOT CROSS BUNS

Ingredients for  Hot Cross Buns: – GF Flour – Xanthan Gum – Yeast – Salt – Brown Sugar – Cinnamon – Nutmeg – Butter – Milk – Raisins – Eggs, divided - Powdered Sugar

Step 1:  Whisk Dry Ingredients

Step 2:  Heat Up Butter and Milk

Step 3:  Dissolve Sugar

Step 4:  Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients

Step 5:  Add Egg and Raisins

Step 6:  Let Dough Rise

Step 7:  Divide Dough into  6 Equal Portions

Step 8:  Brush with Egg Wash & Bake Until Golden

Step 9:  Prepare Icing

Step 10:  Pipe Icing on Buns
