Easy Pad Thai

Ingredients

Ingredients: – Fish sauce – Tamari sauce – Tamarind puree – Brown sugar – Flat rice noodles – Shrimp – Garlic cloves – Firm tofu – Eggs – Cooking oil – Bean sprouts – Chives – Lime wedges – Peanuts – Chili powder

Step 1:  Prepare pad thai sauce

Step 2:  Prepare shrimp

Step 3:  Cut chives and mince garlic

Step 4:  Cook rice noodles

Step 5:  Sauté shrimp

Step 6:  Add tofu

Step 7:  Add garlic and chives

Step 8:  Add cooked rice noodles and pour pad thai sauce over

Step 9:  Add eggs

Step 10:  Add remaining ingredients

Step 10:  Garnish and serve!
