Pickled Jalapeños

Pickled Jalapenos INGREDIENTS

Ingredients: - Jalapeños  - Garlic - Vinegar - Water -Sugar - Salt

Step 1:  Slice the jalapeño peppers into thin rings and the garlic into halves. 

Step 2: Combine garlic, water, water, sugar, and salt & bring to a boil.

Step 4: Turn off heat and let mixture sit for 10 or 15 minutes.

Step 5: Transfer jalapeños to sterilized mason jars. Then pour liquid over & cool at room temp.

Step 6: Use immediately or store in fridge for up to two months.
