Pickled Jalapenos
INGREDIENTS

Ingredients:
- Jalapeños
- Garlic

Vinegar
- Water
-Sugar
- Salt

Step 1:
Slice the jalapeño peppers into thin rings and the garlic into halves.

Step 2:
Combine garlic, water, water, sugar, and salt & bring to a boil.

Step 3:
When boiling add the jalapeño slices pressing down to submerge them.

Step 4:
Turn off heat and let mixture sit for 10 or 15 minutes.

Step 5:
Transfer jalapeños to sterilized mason jars. Then pour liquid over & cool at room temp.

Use immediately or store in fridge for up to two months.
