Ingredients For Frosting/Filling: - Cream Cheese - Whipping Cream - Powdered Sugar - Vanilla - Caramel (Optional)

Step 1:  Preheat and Line. Whisk dry Ingredients.

Step 2:  Mix Wet Ingredients

Step 3:  Add Food Coloring

Step 4:  Combine Wet & Dry Ingredients to Form Batter

Step 5:  Transfer Batter to Muffin Pan

Step 6:  Bake and Cool

Step 7:  Cut off Tops & Middle

Step 8:  Fill with Caramel

Step 9:  Prepare Frosting

Step 10:  Top with Frosting
