Salmon Kabobs


Ingredients: – Fresh salmon – Zucchini – Bell peppers – Red onion – Lemon juice – Olive oil – Salt – Ground paprika – Granulated garlic – Dried parsley – Salad greens

Step 1:  Preheat oven and cut salmon into pieces.

Step 2:  Marinate salmon.

Step 3:  Marinate veggies

Step 4:  Thread salmon and veggies on skewers.

Step 5:  Place on baking dish and bake.

Step 6:  Serve with fresh greens and enjoy
