Step 2:  Make Lemon Curd - Cook on stovetop or microwave -Strain and Cool

Italian Meringue Ingredients - Egg Whites - Sugar - Water

Step 3:  Make Italian Meringue - Make the syrup -Whisk egg whites until firm peaks -Pour hot syrup into egg whites -Cool to room temperature

Step 4:  Assemble the Pie -Preheat oven -Fill the crust -Spread meringue over lemon curd -Bake 25-30 minutes -Cool completely
