Easy  Pecan Pie



- Sugar - Salt - Cinnamon - Coconut Oil - Honey - Eggs - Pecans - Vanilla

Step 1:  Prepare pie crust, press into pie pan, brush exposed edges with egg wash, par -bake for five minutes at 425F.  Then adjust the rack to the lower third position and reduce heat to 350F

Step 2:   Distribute the pecans on the par-baked crust.

Step 3:   Whisk the eggs, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, oil, salt, and ground cinnamon until you get a homogeneous mixture .

Step 4:   Pour the mixture over the pecans already in the crust.

Step 5:   Bake the pie for 45 to 50 minutes until the top is slightly browned.

Step 6:   Remove from oven and cool on wire rack for at least 15 minutes.

Step 7:   Slice and serve warm or room temperature.
