Mushroom Aglio Olio INGREDIENTS

Ingredients: - Portobello Mushrooms - Garlic - Gluten-Free Spaghetti - Salt & Pepper - Fresh Parsley

Step 1:  Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté sliced mushrooms until golden brown on both sides.

Step 3: Meanwhile, bring a large pot of generously salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti to boiling water

Step 4: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dante or to the desired texture.

Step 5: Drain cooked spaghetti and toss with mushrooms and garlic until evenly distributed. 

Step 6: Add salt and pepper to taste. 

Step 7: Divide spaghetti evenly between 2 bowls and top with parsley.
