INGREDIENTS

Ingredients:
- Portobello Mushrooms
- Garlic
- Gluten-Free Spaghetti
- Salt & Pepper
- Fresh Parsley

Step 1:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté sliced mushrooms until golden brown on both sides.

When mushrooms are cooked add minced garlic and stir-fry for a few minutes until fragrant.

Meanwhile, bring a large pot of generously salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti to boiling water

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dante or to the desired texture.

Drain cooked spaghetti and toss with mushrooms and garlic until evenly distributed.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
