Upside Down Peach Cake

Ingredients:

Ingredients: – Brown sugar – Ground cinnamon – White sugar – Butter, divided – Cream cheese – Eggs – Flour – Xanthan gum – Baking powder – Salt – Vanilla extract – Almond milk – Peaches

Step 1:  Slice peaches and place them on greased baking pan

Step 2:  Prepare cinnamon sugar mixture.

Step 3:  Drizzle melted butter and cinnamon sugar over peaches.

Step 4:  Beat butter and sugar

Step 5:  Add cream cheese

Step 6:  Add eggs

Step 7:  Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients

Step 8:  Mix to get a thick batter

Step 9:  Cover peaches with batter.

Step 10:  Place second layer on peaches on top of batter

Step 11:  Top second layer of peaches with more batter.

Step 12:  Bake until golden brown

Step 13:  Let cool before inverting cake

Step 14:  Slice and serve
