– Lemon juice
– Coconut oil
– All-purpose flour
– Xanthan gum

Preheat oven and grease a baking dish.

If using fresh peaches, core and cut into thin, even slices.

Place peach slices, water, sugar and cornstarch in a skillet.

Bring to a boil, stirring often. Remove from heat and add lemon juice and coconut oil.

Transfer the cooked peaches to previously greased baking dish.
