- Almonds
- Cashews
- Sugar
- Coconut Oil
- Ground cinnamon
- Ground nutmeg
- Salt
- Agar Agar
- Almond Milk
- Water

Step 2:
Process almonds to a fine meal then mix with melted coconut oil, sugar, and cinnamon.

Grease and line a 7" Springform Pan with Parchment Paper

Form the crust and let it set in the freezer for 30 miutes.

Prepare filling by processing soaked cashews, pumpkin puree, almond milk, sugar, and spices.

Dissolve agar agar with 1/4 cup of water before adding to blender filling mixture.

Pour filling into pan and let freeze for at least 2-3 hours in freezer or 4-6 hours in refrigerator.
