Homemade Tart Crust



– Flour – Xanthan gum – Sugar – Butter – Egg – Ice water

Step 1:  Whisk flour and sugar, then add butter

Step 2:  Cut butter into flour mixture

Step 3:  Add egg

Step 4:  Add ice water until you get dough

Step 5:  Roll out dough

Step 6:  Transfer rolled dough to tart pan

Step 7:  Poke holes into tart dough

Step 8:  Par-bake until ready to use
