Easy Artisan Bread INGREDIENTS

Ingredients:  -GF all-purpose flour -xanthan gum -tapioca starch -salt -warm water -instant yeast -sunflower oil -sugar -apple cider vinegar -eggs

Step 1:  Whisk well to combine flour, xanthan gum (if using), starch, and salt, in a bowl.

Step 2:  In a large mixing bowl, combine lukewarm water, yeast, and sugar together and set aside for five minutes.ream the coconut oil and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Step 3:  Add oil, ACV, and eggs and whisk until you get a homogeneous mixture. 

Step 4:  Sift dry ingredients to the bowl with wet ingredients and mix a few minutes until the dough is sticky but not too liquid.

Step 5:   Gently shape into a ball and place on parchment.

Step 6:   Transfer parchment with dough into bowl oven and cover with tea towel; let rise. 

Step 7:  While the dough rises preheat oven to 450F and place a dutch oven in hot oven as dough rises.

Step 8:   Once dough has risen score three lines on the top and sprinkle with flour. 

Step 9:   Bake until top is golden and crusty.

Step 10:   Allow to cool completely before slicing.

Tips/Tricks:   *For extra taste & fiber you can subsubstitute some GF flour quinoa or brown rice flour  *Use a serrated knife (with ridges)  to prevent squishing the bread
