Easy  Pumpkin Bread



- Vegetable oil - Sugar - Sorghum flour - Brown rice flour - Tapioca starch - Corn starch - Xantham gum - Baking powder - Ground cinnamon - Ground nutmeg - Salt - Vanilla - Almond Milk - Maple Syrup - Pumpkin Seeds

Step 1:  Preheat the oven to 350F and grease an 8" by 4" metal loaf pan. 

Step 2:  Whisk flours, starches, xanthan gum, spices, salt, and baking powder in large bowl. 

Step 3:  In a small bowl mix pumpkin puree, vanilla, milk, maple syrup, and oil together. 

Step 4:  Mix wet and dry ingredients to form batter.

Step 5:  Transfer batter to load pan and add seeds.

Step 6:  Bake for 40-45 minutes

Step 7:  Cool completely before slicing.
