Hasselback Potatoes  Recipe



- Potatoes - Olive oil - Salt  - Garlic - Parsley - Nutritional Yeast (optional)

Step 1: Wash and pat the potatoes dry with paper towels.

Step 2: Cut potatoes 2/3 of the way down into 1/8" fans

Step 3: Brush the potatoes all over (in between the folds as well) with olive oil.

Step 4: To cook in air fryer: Brush with oil halfway through until crispy outside and tender inside

To cook in oven :  Bake on middle rack 

Step 5: While the potatoes are cooking, combine the parsley, garlic, and salt together with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well.

Step 6: When the potatoes are cooked, distribute the garlic-parsley mixture over the potatoes and in between the folds as well. Serve hot.

Serve as side or enjoy all on their own!!
