- Place on Baking Dish: Place Brie on parchment paper in a baking dish. Score the top without cutting through completely.
- Sprinkle with Toppings: Spread jam over the top, sprinkle with chopped pecans, drizzle with maple syrup, and add chopped rosemary.

Notes
Brie: Since this is a recipe for baked brie, brie is an essential ingredient. Make sure to use an round of brie, as the rind helps to hold the melted cheese together.
Pecans: I like using pecan halves, but feel free to use other types of chopped nuts if you prefer.
Maple Syrup: I used maple syrup, but you can also drizzle another type of liquid sweetener (such as honey or agave nectar).
Rosemary: Garnishing the baked brie was a sprig of rosemary adds a festive feel to this appetizer, but you can also use other fresh herbs of your choice (such as thyme or chives).
Don’t Overbake: Brie cheese should stay intact but gooey inside.
