Creamy, thick and flavorful, this cottage cheese ranch dip is perfect for eating with vegetable crudités, crackers, breadsticks or spreading on toasted bread. Naturally gluten-free too.
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add the cottage cheese and ranch seasoning to a food processor or high-speed blender. If your cottage cheese is very thick or dry, add a splash of water or milk for easier blending.
- Blend Until Creamy: Blend the dip for 2–3 minutes on high speed until smooth and creamy. Pause as needed to scrape down the sides for a more uniform texture.
- Serve and Enjoy: Serve chilled or immediately with fresh vegetable crudités, crackers, breadsticks or chips.
