Make this easy homemade pumpkin pie spice and use it all fall season long! It comes together in minutes, and is cheaper than the store-bought version. You also get to tweak the proportions the way you like it! Naturally gluten-free and vegan too.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ground cinnamon
- 4 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons ground allspice
- 2 teaspoons ground cloves
Instructions
- Place Spices in Bowl: Place all the spices into a small mixing bowl.
- Mix Until Well Combined: Gently mix the spices with a whisk or spoon until completely combined and uniform in color. If you want a finer texture, sift the blend through a fine mesh sieve. Transfer the finished spice mix into a clean glass jar or airtight container. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve its aroma.
