Ingredients
- 3 cups cold watermelon, cubed
- 1 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Fresh mint leaves, chopped (to taste)
Instructions
- Cut Watermelon: Start by cutting the watermelon into bite-sized cubes. Place the cubed watermelon in a large bowl.
- Add the Goat Cheese: Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese over the watermelon cubes.
