And so, because Chinese New Year is always a good reason for the family to gather over good food and amazing company..
We found ourselves once more, huddled in my grandparents’ house, and enjoying the feast that my grandmother whips up once a year. And because it was Chinese New Year’s Eve yesterday, it was reunion dinner, all over again.

My granny’s famous handmade “Ngo Hiang” (stuffed deep-fried meat balls)..
And her fried prawns..
And her lovely chicken curry..
And finally, the one dish which is never missing at any reunion dinner..Longan with Almond Jelly..
After feasting…we turned to our current hobby and latest attraction – playing with my 2-year old cousin En Tong.
Some of you might have met En Tong earlier in the first Reunion Dinner post, and might have already fallen in love with her.
Reunion Dinner is always full of love, fun and family goodness.
Happy New Year of the Snake!!
